Just type in chestnuts in the search box near the top right, and it should bring up anything relating to chestnuts.
Ive notcied in th past that not everything that is in-store is actually online though. So even though you know it is definitely in-store, is not guarantee that it will be on the online store for home delivery.
Just tried searching for chestnuts – this is all that was brought up when i did it. Im doing my shopping on-line which I have done several times before with no problems.

If you are banned from the store, why on earth would you want to give them your money?
In answer to your question, yes I suppose you can still shop online – as they will then be delivering, you will still not be breaking the ban to physically enter the store. If in doubt you could always ring them and ask

Have you ever recieved anything free?
I’m a little confused because my family done the shopping on-line with Asda on Sunday night and it was delivered on Monday evening, what’s strange is that I paid for it by debit card and I just checked my on-line banking there and I’ve not been charged at all for the shopping. Should I contact them or have I just got £60s worth of shopping for nothing?

Yes. Once I ordered a scanner online from Wallyworld. They sent it. Then a few days later, another one showed up in my mail. I was never billed for the second one, but I did return it.

The financial crisis has caused a sharp decrease in consumer spending, particularly on items that are non-essential. Name-brand items are often being substituted by no-name products. Some people may be using the internet to do more comparison pricing and may be shopping online a bit more. Overall, however, all shopping has decreased.

Can’t you just see the people around you having that “Got to get OUT of here” expressins on their faces, forgetting why they are there in the first place, becoming frusterated with the long lines at checkout….

As a matter of fact, I already do that. Most stores play Christmas songs on their overhead and I LOVE christmas and christmas songs so I sing to them anyway. I love to sing and I don’t really care where I’m at, I’ll sing regardless. I work in retail and we play Christmas songs and I sing them alll day long. The customers and employees don’t seem to mind, some even like when I do it and some join in. IT’S CHRISTMAS AND IT’S FUN! Lol I don’t really care if I look like a dork, I’m having fun and it’s not doing any harm. I fully recommend others try it, lighten up and do something fun

Be sure to read full description of the product. Go to a national chain website and make a note of the price, model #, etc. Then google the item and see what turns up. I would pick companies here in the US, or your home country. MAKE DAMN SURE that what you want is what you are buying——ask the seller/company questions!!! Make sure it is not a refurbished/used product (unless that is what you want). It’s your money, be smart about it!!! I have bought all kinds of computer parts online and , actually, have never been ripped-off—-because I do my homework and I’m careful.

I’ve been using Sainsbury’s for the past two years and the standard is going so badly down hill that I need to swap ASAP. Food arriving 15 hours late, loads of excuses, etc etc. Total rubbish! Which supermarket should I switch to?

Had no choice but to order on line a my son has chickenpox so we are stuck in as don’t want to spread to others…have heard great reviews from pals as said they were very happy with it….be interested to hear from those that have used it ….

I’ve used it in the UK it was fine. One time the driver brought the wrong item and I rang the helpline and they refunded me immediately. Its great for emergencies or if you are disabled etc and can’t get out. Its also good if you are on a budget and need to plan your meals, no impulse buying.
We live too far from the nearest Tesco (20 miles) so they won’t deliver to us here and anyway I love mooching for bargains and “sell by date” stuff which you can’t do when you order online.

I used Tesco a lot whilst heavily pregnant.
What happens, is if they don’t have the exact thing you ordered, the make a ‘substitution’ with something they feel will be suitable. If when the delivery guy gets there (Tesco delivery men are absolute angels – highly recommend.) he will go through them and you can choose not to take them – and they will be removed from your bill.
This does create irritation though. For instance – I ordered extra low fat cream cheese – as it is a staple of my diet and they substituted with full fat cream cheese, which most definately is NOT on the diet! Also, for daughters christening, ordered 20 bottles of pink champagne and ended up getting normal coloured – not a disaster, but if I had known (they delivered on the day) I would have gone elsewhere and bought the pink.
Try it though – it will cut you shopping bills as you don’t wander down aisles of temptation! Also – Tesco have this great ‘express shopper’ on the left hand side. You just write your list and go from there!

My understanding is that as the US dollar falls, people living in other countries can get more for their money. I’m guessing that applies to online shopping as well, though you have to take in account any customs fees & shipping. Any savings might be offset by those expenses.

Yes, typically prices do get reduced on Black Friday. Just look around for the best deals, but don’t take all day, Black Friday only comes around once a year! So, my best advice to you is, if you think it’s a good deal, then go for it, but use your best judgment. It sounds like you live outside of the US, so too bad you can’t buy it and return it to the store, if you find it cheaper later.

This is a “true” story!
Now let me tell you about shopping at the A&P grocery store.
We used to have 14 cats, none related, all foundlings.
We bought more cat food than we did people food on a regular basis.
The cashier at the grocery asked my husband if we had cats, “Nope”, he answered, “but I am the nutritionist for the Dixie White House Nursing Facility & those old people don’t know what they are eating.”
The clerk had a really strange look on her face, never said a word.
The people in the line behind us, well that was a different story. They told my husband they were reporting him to the health department, because this was just too outrageous. Ben just smiled and let these folks go on and on.
Now shopping with us are the youngest twins (Borrie and Boo), they are about 6 or 7 and my 3 older kids as well. The teenage twins (Zan and Paul) tried to act like we weren’t related to each other. My oldest son RJ, played right along with Ben. The two of them were talking about how to make cat food pizza, using cheap freebie ketchup packets from McDonald’s and tuna cat food. They just went on and on. They seemed to love to agitate the other people in line.
Now what makes this even funnier is, my first ex-husband is in the nutritionist for this facility.
As I understand it from a very reliable source, he was fired because of this particular incident at the A&P.
After this the cat food story was always an embarrassment to the teenage twins and the younger ones as well.
No one wants to go to the grocery store with Ben anymore.

* I have a friend who always comes over to eat. He always knows he will get a good meal and sometime he would help himself.
I feed my dogs rather well, ground beef with gravy and dog food. One day my friend came over and helped himself to some I had left in a skillet. He thought it was yummy! I did not have the heart to tell him but, offered him something else instead.
He does not help himself much anymore.

And you make the pizza crust with biscuit dough. The brand of tuna was something in a blue label from Canada called, “7th Heaven” Cat food, it looked just like white albacore tuna. Nu-Nu loved the stuff.
Nu-Nu was our hermaphrodite cat, she had both male & female components. “She” was Dad’s best baby cat, all 18 lbs of her!
Dad’s are the only people who can scratch themselves in public and get a laugh or 2.

Can anyone recommend any online clothes shopping/catalog websites?
I’m on exchange in America from England for 6 months. Is any one else having problems logging in to Barclay’s On-line Banking or is it just me?
Last night I tried to use my bank card to buy shopping on-line from tesco but My card was declined. I can not understand this as there should be plenty of money in account as have just been paid. I have been trying to log in to barclays on-line banking to try an see what is going on and why my card is being declined as im really worried. But each time I try and log in I type my surname and membership number and can get to the next page and type last for digits from card and code from pin sensory. But when I click next after this I get a error message that says (5. Barclay’s on-line banking is unavailable at the moment)and can’t log in. Is any one else having this problem this morning or is it just me

barclays on-line banking is working again now and my card is working again now. There whole system must have been down over night or some thing.

was just wondering what online grocery stores there is in the usa as in the uk we have asda tesco and 1 or 2 others i buy my grocerys from asda and have them deliverd every week as i find that grocery shopping online saves me a lot of time dose it work as the same way as in the uk you order and pay online and have them deliverd
