6.Paste the plain text in:

To set up this shortcut, right-click the word icon, open its properties box and create your keyboard shortcut(as tip 1). Insert rows in Calc :
Insert new rows in LibreOffice calc by clicking tools, customize, then selecting the keyboard tab.
