for coarse frizzy dry hair, after you get out of the shower take a dime/nickel sized amount of olive oil and put on your hair from the ears down. dont have to rinse it out or anything! hope it helps! :)

I'm glad you said to drink, dark drinks with a straw instead of, stop drinking them completely. Especially coffee or tea, people still need to drink these things because they have natural healing properties in both, and while there are other ways to heal yourself naturally a combination of all of them can really be helpful for the body.

Dryer sheets/fabric softener are actually very toxic the fumes can cause burning skin, respiratory irritation, anxiety attacks, nervous system disorders and irritability. There are also long term effects on your liver, pancreas, or gastrointestinal track, I would recommend going for the "green" ones if you have to use them

@AndreasChoice Instead of spraying my body mist on the brush where most of it is absorbed, I spritz it a few inches away from my head into my hair. I let it settle and then gently brush my hair out to distribute the scent. Then your hair will smell delicious all day long! I love using Fiji passionfruit from bath and body works :)

Okay, you have way too many comments for me to read through to see if anyone has mentioned this about the fabric softeners. I can see how using the fabric softener sheets would help cut down on frizz, however I would not, not, NOT recommend using liquid fabric softener as a rinse or conditioner. Fabric softeners soften your clothes by breaking down the fibers so no telling what it will do to your hair over time!
